Public-private sphere

It's difficult when nothing much can be kept private anymore.

When your actions are monitored closely by those around you.

When what you say is held accountable and sometimes, even against you, and people hang on to your every word like you mean it, even when sometimes, you don't.

When you've got to put some things first and foremost and people who're dear to you have to be put on the waiting list.

When those who are dear to you get dragged in to the swirling pool of rumours or maybe even truths that you try so hard to keep secret or at least low profile.

When you don't know how to distinguish true friends from those by association.

It's difficult for self censorship sometimes. I'm sorry.
