Monday Blues
I'm a firm proponent that Mondays should be no-school days. Basically because, after enjoying the weekend, one needs ample time to rest and recuperate at home. But sometimes, even the most fervent beliefs can be challenged and questioned when desperation sets in. Like now.
Got SN1101E for a single point, thank God for that. But I'm still lacking the final one. And bidding ends by tonight. I mean, other people're already downloading their lecture notes from IVLE and I'm still stuck with choosing modules! Like help. Things don't look good now. Having to appeal is becoming a very real option. One last try for whatever modules they have left. We shall see.
Quite appalled at the number of readings we have to well, read. I'm still stuck in my JC mindset. No more spoon-feeding I guess! Haha. Still it's gonna take a herculean effort to get the brain juices flowing again. Yes I know, hundreds of thousands of post NS guys have overcame the inertia, but that doesn't make me feel better just yet. Fortunately I'll be doing subjects that I like. Not things like Math or some Science nonsense. Haha.
And that's just one part of the back-to-school admin that we all have to face. CCA groups have started sending out their welcome emails and stuff. I've yet to decide where to commit to. Recreational or competitive (if I ever make the cut anyway)? SCCC on top of X-Country? What about joining one of NUSSU's Standing Committees? So many decisions, so much thinking, so many things to do!
But, before all the serious stuff bogs everyone down, I'll just post more photographs. Perhaps, one of the last few entries with so many pictures!

And I'm allergic to grass.
What we fought for.
I think this is rather retarded. Haha.
Hmmm, this doesn't fit it. Taken 9 August evening. =)
