Next Round

Okay, some good news. Managed to sign the loan earlier than scheduled, and that means I'll be able to get it sooner than expected. How much sooner? I don't know, but hopefully before the official start of school after Arts Bash. It'd really help to have it when the lectures start though.

Hmmm. Either way, I still can't wait! Haha. In the midst of all the fun and activity of O week, there're also moments of anticipation, anxiety and even disappointment when it comes to the bidding rounds for all our modules. Some people take it easy, especially those with pre-allocated modules. Then there're others who tear their hair out trying to find the right ones to bid for. Double major students like myself also have to worry about securing modules outside of their faculty, while at the same time, having the same number of points to bid for as the single major students! So far I got outbidded by a single point for an SE1101E module. Hopefully there wouldn't be any more disappointments for this coming round.

As it stands, I'll be taking Geography, Political Science and Bizlaw this semester. Theoratically, if I do get all the tutorial time slots that I want, I'd still be able to have a three day school week. Yup, even if you add the GEMs and SSM that I'll be bidding for today and tomorrow. Slightly packed yes, but it beats travelling to school every day of the week.

Alright, a short entry I know. Not much to say anyway. Gotta get ready for Arts Open! Till then, some random shots taken this week. =)

As we'd like to call it, the National University of Stairs (NUS)

Saturday. At the end of the programme. =)
