Overwhelming

I have interesting tutors.

One is truly an oustanding educator, because he won the Outstanding Educator of the Year award recently. I must say he makes everything seem fun and interesting, even though the subject in itself is already quite enjoyable in itself. Glad to have a number of friends to discuss projects and copy answers from as well. =)

I call another tutor Robocop, because he has that accent. Although I must say he's definitely less mechanical and much more humourous - all the while maintaining the robotic accent. Still, it didn't help in my understanding of the subject that he was teaching. It's not that he's not good, more like I'm really hopeless in understanding the whole subject? I guess. And it doesn't help that I don't know anyone else in the class too. =(

Yet another tutor seems really ancient. He moves and speaks really slowly and he just goes on and one forever. I think he might have been really sick too, since he kept coughing and gasping for air. It was almost like he was going to collaspe anytime and I really feared for his life. Still, the students showed him respect and were well-prepared for the tutorial. Everyone except me. I showed him respect all right, but I didn't know that tutorials of this subject's nature had to be prepared beforehand you see. Well, at least I do know someone here. Haha.

My last tutorial for the week saw a really young but bright tutor taking the class. He graduated only recently with first class honours. And he's taking nine classes! Still, he did a good job in helping the class break the ice. In fact, the only one out of all the tutors to do so. But I don't know how's it possible for a group of nine people to meet up for group discussion and presentation preparations. Our schedules will clash like mad.

Speaking of presentations, the work is starting to pour in. Much like when you pee after holding your bladder for hours on end. The floodgates open with a vengeance. Two presentations, one project and one essay so far. Sure, different deadlines you might say. But that's on top of the readings that I've not done. Which is like really a lot. Some of them can put you to sleep. Like. I guess I'd better not say. Haha. Then there're trainings twice a week, tuition thrice a week, SCCC DG once a week and well, I should drop one tuition session if I really can't cope.

Okay, break's over. Time to get back to work. I hope I'll at least know some people during my first tutorial for SN next Tuesday!
