Mid-Terms

Hello. What a long absence.

There were so many NUS students hanging out Raffles City/Suntec/Orchard today, armed with laptops and thick readings, all with the intention of setting the mood right for mugging during the mid-term break. I sincerely hope they succeed, because I need to do the same too. The past few days haven't been easy, although Kevin and I finally managed to finish up one out of two GE1101E projects, and I've more or less done my BSP1004 assignment. That's the only bright spot so far, besides the fact that I've done my PS1101E readings and researched a little bit for the essay due end of October.

Now for the bad news, I've only got three effective days left to finish up the first draft of my PH1101E essay. And I've still not idea how to go about starting on it. Instructions for the SN1101E essay and peer review just came in, so that means more work. I've been falling behind with training, due to the workload and somehow, the lack of motivation to join the guys for runs twice a week. I don't know why.

And then there's also the nagging doubts and fears that I have over certain issues. Sometimes I hold back, not daring to go on any further for fear of an unexpected and devastating outcome. Or more importantly, for the fact that it might not even be possible in the first place. Then again at other times, it does seem that things are going with the flow. So it's kinda complicated you know.

TPT's tomorrow. Let's hope that I'll be able to get an early birthday present. Haha.
